VendorBrief Refund and Cancellation Policy

Elevora Holding LLC

Last Updated: September 9, 2026

This Policy governs refunds and cancellations for paid VendorBrief plans and credit packs operated by Elevora Holding LLC. It is incorporated into the VendorBrief Terms of Service and you accept it at checkout. It applies to the VendorBrief Offering only. Fees paid for any other product, service, brand, or application operated by Elevora are governed by that Offering's own terms and are not refundable under this Policy, as provided in Section 2 of the Terms of Service.

1. Initial Subscription Payment

Your first subscription payment is eligible for a refund if you request it in writing to evens.p@elevoraholding.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial charge. After fourteen days, the initial payment is non-refundable.

2. Renewal Charges

All renewal charges, monthly or annual, are non-refundable.

3. Credit Packs

Credits purchased in a credit pack are consumed as you use the Service. An unused credit pack is eligible for a refund if you request it in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase and no credit from that pack has been used. Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is non-refundable. Credits are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer partial-period adjustments or prorated refunds.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time after approval depends on your card issuer or bank.

6. What a Refund Is Not Available For

A refund is not available on the ground that a Vendor Brief did not identify a particular obligation, did not produce the outcome you expected, or was not accepted by a buyer, prime contractor, or agency. The limits of the analysis are disclosed in Section 3 of the Terms of Service and you accept them before each upload. This Section does not affect any non-waivable right you may have under applicable law.

7. Service Failure

If the Service fails to produce a brief for a document you uploaded because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will re-run the analysis or restore the consumed credit. That is our standard remedy for a failed analysis.

8. Abuse Prevention

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, including extensive paid usage within the refund window, repeated purchase and refund cycles, or fraudulent activity.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
