VendorBrief Sub-Processors

Elevora Holding LLC uses the sub-processors below to operate VendorBrief. Each receives only the data necessary for its function. This page is the list referred to in the VendorBrief Privacy Policy and in Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum.

Restricted Mode

Where an uploaded document carries export-control, ITAR, EAR or ECCN, controlled unclassified, or limited-distribution markings, text is extracted on Elevora's own infrastructure and only that extracted text is sent to the analysis sub-processor. The original file is not transmitted. Documents carrying classified markings are refused before anything is transmitted. This is a risk-reduction measure and is not an authorization to process controlled data.

Notice of Changes

Elevora will give at least thirty (30) days' notice before engaging a new sub-processor with access to customer data, by updating this page and, where a business customer has given us a notification address, by email. Customers with an executed Data Processing Addendum may object on reasonable data-protection grounds under Section 7 of that Addendum.
